Ed brings over 48 years of construction expertise to Homes by Creation, a career recently recognized by Business Lens Media. His visionary leadership blends large-scale commercial precision with a philosophy that real estate is about building dreams and lasting legacies, not just structures. This strategic vision is evident in the success of master-planned communities like The Ardan in Airdrie and Saddle Ridge Crossing in Calgary.

Prakash Regmi, Corporate Controller
Prakash comes to Creation with more than 20 years of accounting and auditing experience at a senior level, both globally and in Canada. He has nearly 10 years of experience as a Regional Accountant in Calgary prior to joining the Creation team. Prakash holds a Chartered Accountant designation in addition to being a member with the Public Business Accountants of Canada.
